Job Description:

A leading cafe outlet in Tambaram & Sembakkam required Cafe Incharge & kitchen assistant for their own outlet.

Job Responsibilities
Manage daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Handle food preparation, quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
Monitor kitchen staff and assign daily duties.
Maintain stock levels and coordinate purchase requirements.
Control food wastage and maintain proper portion standards.
Ensure cleanliness of the kitchen and equipment.
Check incoming materials and maintain proper storage.
Coordinate with the store in charge and operations team.
Train and guide kitchen staff when required.
Ensure timely preparation of customer orders.

Requirements
Previous experience as a kitchen in-charge, kitchen supervisor,



or similar role in a café/restaurant.
Positive knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene.
Ability to manage a small kitchen team.
Valuable communication and leadership skills.
Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹17,000 per month, based on experience and skills.
