Make follow-up calls to customers regarding enquiries, bookings, vehicle deliveries, and feedback.
Coordinate customer satisfaction surveys and ensure timely feedback collection.
Handle customer complaints and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.
Maintain CRM data and update customer interactions regularly.
Follow up with existing customers to improve retention and generate repeat business.
Coordinate with sales and service teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Monitor customer satisfaction scores and follow up on negative feedback.
Send reminders regarding vehicle servicing, renewals, and other customer requirements.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly CRM performance reports.
Ensure timely communication with customers and maintain qualified service standards.
