About the Role

One IT Corp is looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter to join our growing team. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle — sourcing, screening, and placing IT specialists with our US-based clients.

Key Responsibilities
Source and screen candidates for US IT staffing requirements using job boards, internal databases, and networking
Understand client requirements and match candidates to open roles
Conduct initial screening calls to assess technical fit, communication skills, and availability
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
Negotiate rates and manage offer/close process
Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in the ATS

Requirements
Proven experience as a US IT Recruiter (staffing/bench sales background preferred)
Solid understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and visa classifications (H1B, GC, USC, OPT/CPT, etc.)
Familiarity with US recruitment processes, sourcing tools, and job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work US shift hours

Pay: ₹16,142.62 - ₹75,000.00 per month
