Key Responsibilities
Plan and facilitate engaging, student-centred learning experiences aligned with the IB curriculum.
Implement inquiry-based and concept-driven teaching strategies.
Foster student agency, critical thinking, creativity and collaboration.
Integrate the IB Learner Profile attributes and Approaches to Learning (ATL) skills into classroom practices.
Differentiate instruction to address diverse learning needs and abilities.
Monitor, assess and document student progress through formative and summative assessments.
Maintain effective classroom management and create a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning workplace.
Collaborate with colleagues, parents and the academic leadership team.
Actively participate in school events,



career development and collaborative planning.

Eligibility & Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or a relevant subject.
B.Ed. qualification preferred.
IB Certified
Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience in the relevant grade levels.
Prior experience in an IB school or familiarity with the IB PYP/MYP framework is preferred.
Strong understanding of inquiry-based and student-centred pedagogies.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and classroom management skills.
Passion for working with children and commitment to continuous professional growth.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
