K R Bakes is looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to manage end-to-end human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, performance management, and HR policy implementation. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee guidelines.
Handle employee attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
Manage employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
Coordinate performance appraisals, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
Monitor manpower requirements and coordinate with department heads.
Manage employee training, development, and orientation programs.
Prepare HR reports, maintain HR data, and support management in workforce planning.

Required Qualifications




Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
3–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the manufacturing, bakery, food production, or FMCG industry.
Positive knowledge of recruitment, payroll coordination, HR operations, and labour law compliance.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.
