We are looking for a qualified, compassionate, and student-focused Psychology Teacher to teach psychological concepts, theories, and applications. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of human behaviour, cognitive development, emotional well-being, and learning processes, with the ability to create an engaging and supportive classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging Psychology lessons in accordance with the prescribed curriculum.
Teach psychological theories, concepts, research methods, human development, cognition, personality, and behaviour.
Develop lesson plans, presentations, assignments, worksheets, and assessment materials.
Encourage critical thinking, analytical skills, discussion, and practical application of psychological concepts.
Assess students’ academic performance and provide constructive feedback and remedial support.
Maintain accurate academic records, attendance, assessment reports, and student progress documentation.
Promote awareness of emotional well-being, interpersonal relationships, stress management, and positive behaviour.
Maintain a respectful, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school management to support students’ academic development.




Participate in staff meetings, training programmes, school events, and other academic activities.
Maintain skilled boundaries and ensure the confidentiality of sensitive student information.
Refer students requiring specialised psychological or mental health support to the appropriate qualified professional, following school policy.

Required Qualifications and Skills
Master’s degree in Psychology or an equivalent relevant qualification, as required for the position.
Strong knowledge of psychological theories, research methods, and human behaviour.
Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
Ability to explain complex psychological concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, patience, and a student-centred approach.
Basic computer literacy and proficiency in digital teaching tools.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professional ethics.
