Responsible for assisting in the day-to-day execution, monitoring and supervision of construction activities at the project site, ensuring proper coordination, documentation and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Civil Engineer in daily site supervision and execution.
Monitor labour activities and ensure work is progressing as instructed.
Check site measurements and assist in quantity calculations.
Maintain daily records of labour attendance, material consumption and work progress.
Assist in checking construction materials and maintaining quality standards.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and site workers.
Report site issues, delays and material requirements to the Civil Engineer.
Maintain site documentation, photographs and daily progress reports.
Ensure workers follow basic safety practices at the site.
Assist in ensuring that construction work follows approved drawings and instructions.





Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
0–2 years of relevant experience. Freshers with positive practical knowledge may also apply.
Basic understanding of construction drawings, measurements and site activities.
Working knowledge of MS Excel and AutoCAD preferred.
Positive coordination and reporting skills.
