Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with business goals.
Manage end-to-end recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce planning.
Oversee employee onboarding, induction, performance management, and retention.
Lead employee engagement initiatives and organizational development activities.
Manage employee relations, grievance handling, disciplinary procedures, and conflict resolution.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, PF, ESI, and other HR regulations.
Develop compensation and perks structures, salary benchmarking, and annual appraisal processes.
Monitor employee performance and implement effective performance evaluation systems.
Lead, mentor, and manage the HR team to ensure smooth HR operations.
Coordinate with department heads and senior management on manpower planning and HR-related decisions.
Prepare HR reports, analyse workforce data, and present HR metrics to management.
Drive training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and productivity.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.




Minimum 10+ years of experience in Human Resources, with relevant leadership or managerial experience.
Solid knowledge of HR operations, talent acquisition, employee relations, and labour law compliance.
Experience in handling HR teams and managing the complete employee lifecycle.
Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
Ability to develop HR strategies and implement effective people management practices.
Proficiency in HRMS, payroll coordination, and HR reporting.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidates with experience in the real estate, construction, or infrastructure industry will be preferred.
Strong experience in strategic HR management and team leadership.
Candidates who can join immediately or have a short notice period are preferred.
