Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to manage day-to-day human resource operations for our client, an overseas education consultancy. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of HR experience, solid interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle recruitment, employee coordination, and HR administration efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Coordinate employee joining formalities, documentation, and induction.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and personnel files.
Support payroll processing and salary-related documentation.
Implement HR policies, procedures, and company guidelines.
Handle employee queries, grievances, and day-to-day HR coordination.
Monitor employee performance and support performance appraisal processes.




Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications.
Ensure proper maintenance of HR documents and compliance with applicable labour laws.
Prepare HR reports and support management with HR-related requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience.
Knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and HR administration.
Robust communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR documentation.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle employee matters professionally.
Strong coordination skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
