We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Amazon Marketplace Manager who can independently manage and handle all day-to-day operations of our Amazon Seller Central account.
Key Responsibilities:
Complete management of Amazon Seller Central.
Product listing creation, optimization, SEO and keyword research.
A+ Content and Brand Store management.
PPC campaigns creation, management and optimization.
Inventory planning and stock management.
Order processing, returns, refunds and customer queries.
FBA and Easy Ship operations management.
Handling account health, performance notifications and policy issues.
Managing FBA shipments, FC issues and reimbursement claims.
Sales analysis, business reports and performance improvement.
Coordinating with Amazon Seller Support for escalations and resolutions.
Requirements:
Proven experience in Amazon Seller Central management.
Positive knowledge of Amazon policies, tools and marketplace operations.
Ability to independently handle complete account operations.
Robust analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
