Job Description
Swaran Automobiles, an authorised Mahindra dealership, is looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Inside Customer Relationship Executive (ICRE) to join our team.
The candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, making follow-up calls, generating sales leads and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls.
Follow up on sales enquiries and prospective customers.
Generate and manage leads through telephone calls.
Coordinate with the sales team for customer follow-ups.
Maintain customer databases and update lead status.
Inform customers about Mahindra products, offers and schemes.
Ensure timely follow-ups and customer satisfaction.
Eligibility & Skills
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
Valuable verbal communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel and MS Office).
Good telephone etiquette and customer-handling skills.
Prior experience in telecalling, customer service or automobile sales will be an added advantage.
Salary & Perks
Monthly Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000.
