Job Summary

We are hiring experienced Assistant Managers to manage existing customers, understand their financial needs, and generate business through cross-selling and up-selling insurance products. The company will provide the customer leads/database.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and engage with customers from the company-provided database.
Schedule and conduct customer meetings.
Understand customer financial and insurance needs.
Cross-sell and up-sell suitable insurance products.
Achieve monthly sales and premium collection targets.
Follow up on renewals and support customer retention.
Resolve customer queries and service requests.




Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Improve lead conversion rates.
Maintain accurate customer and sales records in the system.

Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 6 months of relevant work experience.
Experience in insurance, banking, life insurance, broking, or related BFSI sales.
Freshers are not eligible.
Maximum age: 33 years.
Valuable communication and customer relationship skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
English and regional language proficiency preferred.
