Key Responsibilities
Provide in office technical support to customers at corporate offices and other client locations.
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT hardware.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and basic networking issues.
Install and configure Windows operating systems, drivers, applications, and peripherals.
Troubleshoot printer issues, connectivity problems, LAN, Wi-Fi, and other network-related issues.
Perform preventive maintenance and routine system health checks.
Support customers with IT infrastructure and end-user technical problems.
Respond to service requests and resolve issues within the agreed timelines.
Maintain service reports, technical documentation, and customer visit records.
Coordinate with internal technical teams for complex technical issues.
Ensure customer satisfaction through qualified communication and timely service.
Travel to customer locations across Coimbatore as required.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
