Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome customers visiting the showroom.
Understand customer requirements and assist them in selecting suitable jewellery.
Explain product details, designs, pricing, offers, and other relevant information.
Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
Maintain proper display and presentation of jewellery products.
Assist in achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
Build valuable relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits.
Handle billing and other showroom-related activities as required.
Maintain cleanliness and discipline at the showroom.
Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth showroom operations.
Follow company policies and procedures related to sales and customer handling.

Candidate Requirements




Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales.
Experience in a jewellery showroom will be an added advantage.
Candidates from premium retail, clothing, ethnic wear, luxury retail, or similar industries may also apply.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Presentable, polite, and well-groomed.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Valuable sales and convincing skills.
Ability to work as part of a team.
