Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive Lead Generation Specialist to identify potential clients, generate and qualify leads, and build a robust sales pipeline. The candidate will be responsible for conducting market research, making outbound calls, managing inbound inquiries, maintaining CRM records, and scheduling meetings for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate recent business leads through research and outreach.
Make outbound calls and follow up with potential clients.
Qualify prospects and schedule meetings or demos.
Maintain accurate lead records in CRM and Excel.




Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to improve conversions.
Achieve monthly lead generation targets.

Requirements:
Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field.
Prior experience in lead generation, sales, or customer outreach preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and research skills.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
Healthcare or wellness industry experience will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
