Role Title: Account Manager

Role:

Own direct B2B revenue from construction-execution accounts like builders, MEP contractors, and EPC firms; who make or influence procurement decisions on smart home/automation systems at the build stage.

Key Responsibilities:
Map builders, MEP contractors, and EPC firms active in residential/commercial construction pipeline
Identify projects at the right stage (design/pre-execution) for automation specification
Build and maintain a structured, CRM-tracked pipeline Engage with decision-makers directly
Run product demos and site-specific solution walkthroughs
Structure techno-commercial proposals, negotiate contract terms, close deals
Own the deal from lead to contract
Manage the account for repeat business




Track and maintain healthy pipeline value, conversion rate, and revenue against target
Report market intelligence, competitor activity, pricing trends, procurement patterns

Experience & Qualifications:
3 to 6 years in Account Management/ Project Sales role
Relevant Experience (added advantage but not mandatory): Selling electrical/ automation systems, HVAC, etc., to builders, MEP contractors, or EPC firms
Education: Graduate; engineering background (electrical/ electronic) is a robust plus
Tools: CRM proficiency (Zoho/HubSpot/Salesforce), proposal building

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
