Job Responsibilities
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Science lessons (Physics, Chemistry, Maths) for senior secondary classes in accordance with the CBSE/ICSE curriculum.
Design and conduct laboratory experiments, ensuring safety protocols are strictly followed.
Assess student performance through quizzes, tests, projects, and examinations, providing constructive feedback.
Maintain accurate academic records, attendance, and grading reports.
Participate in faculty meetings, curriculum development workshops, and continuous career development programs.
Mentor and guide students for science fairs, Olympiads, and other competitive events.
Collaborate with colleagues to integrate interdisciplinary teaching methods and promote a STEM-oriented culture.
Uphold and model the school’s values, discipline standards, and code of conduct.

Essential Qualifications
Graduate degree in Science (B.Sc., B.Ed.,



or equivalent) with a minimum of 55% marks.
Qualified Teacher Training (TGT) certification recognized by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE).
Solid grasp of the CBSE/ICSE science syllabus and examination patterns.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Proficiency in using digital teaching aids and virtual labs.

Desired Experience
2–4 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level.
Demonstrated ability to conduct practical sessions and manage laboratory equipment.
Experience in coaching students for science competitions is a plus.
Familiarity with contemporary pedagogical approaches such as inquiry‑based learning and project‑based assessment.
