Financial Analysis & Valuation
Build and maintain complex financial models: integrated 3-statement models, LBO, DCF, M&A; accretion/dilution, and comparable company analysis.
Conduct sector-specific business valuations and present findings to senior deal team and clients.
Perform sensitivity and scenario analysis for transaction structuring.
Prepare valuation sections of Information Memoranda and Fairness Opinions.

Due Diligence
Lead financial due diligence workstreams: quality of earnings, working capital normalisation, and debt/cash analysis.
Coordinate commercial and operational due diligence with target management and advisors.
Prepare due diligence reports, red flag summaries, and management Q&A; trackers.
Liaise with legal, tax, and technical due diligence advisors to consolidate findings.

M&A; Transaction Support
Assist in preparation of transaction documents: term sheets, LOIs, SPA financial schedules,



and earn-out structures.
Support buy-side and sell-side process management: data room organisation, buyer outreach tracking, management presentation preparation.
Conduct market research, sector analysis, and target identification for M&A; mandates.
Prepare pitch books and deal teasers for current business development.

Junior Team Management
Allocate, review, and quality-check work produced by Analysts and Associates.
Provide on-the-job coaching and technical mentoring to junior team members.
Escalate deal issues to the Operations Manager with explicit problem framing and proposed solutions.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
