Experience - Minimum 1yr experience required from Banking Process ( Inbound / Outbound ) from BPO Industry.
Skills Required -
Need candidates with banking experience and must be familiar with banking terms (Demand Draft, Cheque, credit card, Debit Card, Corporate Banking, Retail Banking)
To handle bank customer queries/complaints and resolve the same over the Email,
Languages - Excellent communication skills needed in English.
Qualification - Any Graduates
Shift - Day shift ( 8Am - 9pm ) Any 9 hours
Week Off - Sunday Fixed Off
Salary Range
( 6 - 12Month Exp - 21.8K )
( 24+Month Exp - 28.9k )
Location - Ghansoli Navi Mumbai
