Oversee daily resort operations and ensure smooth functioning of all departments.
Supervise front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and guest services.
Ensure excellent guest satisfaction and handle guest complaints professionally.
Coordinate with department heads to maintain service standards.
Monitor room occupancy, check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.
Ensure compliance with resort policies, safety standards, and hospitality procedures.
Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and shift handovers.
Coordinate with maintenance and other departments to resolve operational issues.
Prepare daily operational reports and update management.
Ensure guests have a comfortable and memorable stay in the forest resort setting.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
