Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

The incumbent will be responsible for driving end-to-end supply chain efficiency by ensuring timely procurement, supplier performance management, inventory optimization, and seamless coordination across cross-functional teams. The role plays a critical part in supporting business growth through robust sourcing strategies, capacity development initiatives, and continuous supply chain improvements.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives and growth requirements.
Work closely with SSU/CDMM teams to ensure supplier capacity development and supply continuity.
Lead sourcing and procurement activities for components and long lead-time parts to ensure timely availability and cost optimization.
Monitor and drive supplier performance on key parameters such as OTIF, lead time adherence, inventory management, and SCM improvement initiatives.
Implement inventory management best practices to maintain optimum stock levels while balancing customer service and working capital requirements.
Collaborate with Sales, Planning, Procurement, Logistics, and Warehouse teams to ensure effective demand planning and inventory control.




Identify and implement Lean Supply Chain practices and process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and competitiveness.
Drive data-based decision-making through analytical reviews, forecasting, and performance tracking.

General Experience

Critical Experience

Solid exposure to Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Sourcing, and Inventory Management.
Valuable understanding of Stores Operations, Material Receipts, Buying Processes, Logistics, and Warehouse Management.
Sound Techno-Commercial knowledge with the ability to manage supplier relationships effectively.
Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders.
Hands-on experience with SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
