Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Quality Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of software testing, quality assurance processes, and the ability to identify and report software defects.
Roles & Responsibilities
Perform manual testing of web and software applications.
Prepare and execute test cases and test scenarios.
Identify, document, and report bugs or defects.
Conduct functional, regression, and usability testing.
Verify bug fixes and ensure application quality.
Collaborate with developers and team members to resolve issues.
Maintain test documentation and prepare testing reports.
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of Software Testing and Quality Assurance.
Understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
Knowledge of test cases, test scenarios, and bug reporting.
Familiarity with bug-tracking tools such as Jira is a plus.
Positive analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Willingness to learn recent testing tools and techniques.
Eligibility
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is preferred.
Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
Basic knowledge of manual testing is preferred.
