Jaipur Burger Truck (JBT) is looking for a responsible, energetic, and experienced Outlet Manager / Store Manager to oversee daily outlet operations, manage staff, maintain food quality and hygiene, and ensure excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily outlet operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Supervise, train, and manage outlet staff.
Maintain food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards.
Monitor inventory, stock levels, and wastage.
Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
Manage billing, cash handling, and daily sales reports.
Ensure proper staff attendance, grooming, and discipline.
Achieve sales targets and control operational costs.
Coordinate with the Head Office regarding stock, staff, and operational requirements.
Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Job Specification (JS) – Outlet Manager / Store Manager
Minimum 12th Pass; graduation or a relevant hospitality qualification

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
