Job Responsibilities
Deliver FirstCry products/orders to customers safely and on time.
Pick up assigned parcels from the delivery hub.
Verify customer address and order details before delivery.
Collect COD payments, where applicable, and submit them as per company process.
Handle parcels carefully and maintain product condition.
Use a smartphone/delivery app for order updates and navigation.
Contact customers regarding delivery status when required.
Complete assigned deliveries within the scheduled time.
Maintain proper records of delivered, undelivered and returned orders.
Follow company policies and road-safety guidelines.
Coordinate with the hub supervisor regarding delivery issues.

Eligibility
Qualification: 10th / 12th Pass
Experience:



Fresher or experienced candidates can apply.
Valid two-wheeler driving licence required.
Own two-wheeler preferred/required as per location.
Smartphone required.
Good knowledge of local areas and routes.
Physically fit and comfortable with field work.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
