Job Description
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our admissions team. The candidate will contact prospective students and parents, explain available courses, schedule counselling sessions and follow up with enquiries to support student admissions.
Key Responsibilities
Contact prospective students and parents through telephone calls.
Explain courses, colleges and admission procedures.
Follow up with student enquiries and maintain regular communication.
Identify interested students and schedule counselling appointments.
Update student information and call records in the CRM or Google Sheets.
Coordinate with academic counsellors to convert enquiries into admissions.
Meet daily calling and follow-up targets.
Required Skills
Positive communication skills in Malayalam.
Basic English communication skills.
Confident telephone communication and convincing abilities.
Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
Positive listening, follow-up and time-management skills.
Eligibility
Plus Two or degree qualification.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Experience in telecalling, customer service or educational counselling is an advantage.
