Welcome and assist customers in the showroom.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products.
Develop knowledge of gold, diamond, and other jewellery products.
Explain product features, pricing, making charges, offers, and other details to customers.
Support senior sales executives in handling customer enquiries and sales.
Maintain proper display and presentation of jewellery products.
Assist in billing and other showroom activities as instructed.
Build valuable customer relationships and provide excellent customer service.
Follow company policies, grooming standards, attendance requirements, and showroom procedures.
Achieve assigned sales and customer-service targets after completion of training.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
