Job Description

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to connect with potential customers, explain our products or services, handle customer queries, and generate leads. The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build robust customer relationships over the phone.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads.
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries.
Explain products, services, and offers clearly to customers.
Generate leads and schedule appointments, wherever required.
Maintain customer records and update call details in the system.
Follow up with prospective customers to improve conversions.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.




Maintain qualified communication and a positive customer experience.

Requirements
Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
Ability to handle customer objections and queries confidently.
Strong convincing, listening, and follow-up skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Freshers are welcome; prior telecalling or customer service experience is an advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
