Job Description – Telecaller | Feeling Touch Decor Feeling Touch Decor is looking for a confident and motivated Telecaller to handle customer enquiries and generate bookings for our decoration services. Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on enquiries. Explain our decoration services, packages, and offers to customers. Handle incoming calls and WhatsApp enquiries professionally. Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into bookings. Maintain customer details and daily call records. Build valuable relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service. Requirements: Good communication skills in Hindi. Friendly, polite, and confident personality. Basic knowledge of smartphones and computers. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome. Telecalling or sales experience will be an advantage. What We Offer: Fixed monthly salary.
