MOBILE TECHNICIAN

We are looking for a Mobile Technician with 1–2 years of experience to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and troubleshoot mobile phone hardware and software issues.
Perform basic hardware repairs, software installation, updates, and troubleshooting.
Handle customer queries professionally and provide clear technical guidance.
Provide doorstep service to customers when required.
Maintain valuable communication and customer service standards.
Ensure timely and quality completion of assigned service requests.

Requirements
1–2 years of experience as a Mobile Technician.
Good knowledge of mobile hardware and software.
Basic technical and troubleshooting knowledge.
Valuable communication skills.
Willingness to travel and handle doorstep service.
Valid driving license is mandatory.
Responsible, punctual, and customer-oriented.
