PUR/PIR/Rockwool Foaming Machine Operator

Experience: 3–5 Years | Employment Type: Full time

Qualification: ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Chemical, Polymer, Production, or relevant trade. Solid machine experience may substitute for formal qualification.

Job Location: Ranodara, Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

Job Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor 5-component foaming/dosing machines for PUR/PIR/Rockwool sandwich panel production.
Maintain chemical ratios, temperature, pressure, density, and foam output as per process parameters.
Perform machine setup, cleaning, flushing, shutdown, and changeover activities.
Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot foaming, bonding, and density issues.
Maintain production records and chemical consumption logs.
Support preventive maintenance, calibration, and formulation trials.
Follow safety procedures and chemical-handling guidelines.

Preferred Experience: Hands-on experience with 5-component foaming/dosing machines used in PUR/PIR sandwich panel manufacturing.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
