Handle procurement of mechanical, electrical, civil and project-related materials.
Identify and develop vendors, obtain quotations and negotiate prices.
Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) and follow up on material delivery schedules.
Coordinate with project, design, stores and site teams to understand material requirements.
Compare quotations and evaluate vendors based on price, quality and delivery timelines.
Ensure timely procurement of materials as per project specifications.
Maintain purchase records, vendor databases and MIS reports.
Coordinate with suppliers for quality issues, material replacement and payment follow-ups.
