Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Representative to represent our brand and drive sales at a busy airport location. As the face of the brand, you will engage travelers, promote services/products, and ensure excellent customer service in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively approach and engage passengers in the terminal to promote and sell products.
Provide detailed and accurate information about products or services.
Demonstrate product usage and perks effectively.
Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
Maintain an attractive and organized display area.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
Ensure all promotional materials and samples are replenished.
Maintain knowledge of airport regulations and security protocols.
Work closely with other sales staff and report performance to supervisors.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
Previous retail or promotional sales experience preferred.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Outgoing, persuasive, and confident personality.
Multilingual skills are a plus (especially English and the local language).
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Must pass airport security clearance/background check.
Work Environment:
Standing for extended periods.
Working in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
Adherence to strict airport regulations.
Compensation:
Base salary + performance-based commission
