Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Sales & Operations Manager with a solid background in the jewellery industry to manage daily operations, drive sales performance, and lead the team effectively.

Key Responsibilities
Manage overall jewellery store operations and daily activities.
Lead, supervise, and manage sales staff to achieve business targets.
Drive sales growth and ensure excellent customer service.
Monitor staff performance, attendance, discipline, and productivity.
Manage inventory, stock movement, and product displays.
Ensure smooth billing, reporting, and operational procedures.
Set sales targets, monitor performance, and implement strategies to improve sales.




Handle customer queries and resolve operational issues.
Ensure proper coordination between staff and management.

Requirements
4–7 years of experience in the jewellery industry.
Robust experience in jewellery sales and operations management.
Proven experience in managing and leading staff.
Good knowledge of gold and diamond jewellery.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to achieve sales targets and manage daily operations efficiently.

Salary: Attractive package based on experience and skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
