Job Description:

We are hiring an experienced HR skilled for a leading industrial/manufacturing organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, engineering, R&D;, sales and shop-floor positions.
Handle employee onboarding, induction and performance management systems (PMS).
Manage statutory compliance, including Factory Act, Labour Laws, Contract Labour, PF and ESIC.
Handle contractor management, attendance, biometric systems and time-office operations.
Address employee grievances and maintain healthy industrial relations.
Coordinate with the QHSE team for workplace safety and ISO 45001 compliance.
Identify training needs and organize employee skill development programs.




Drive employee engagement and organizational culture initiatives.

Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of factory HR operations and industrial relations.
Practical knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
Experience in hiring for engineering and manufacturing industries.
Knowledge of HRMS, payroll and biometric attendance systems.
Robust communication, negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
Gujarati communication skills and valuable corporate English.
