Key Responsibilities:
Customer Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally and respond to customer enquiries.
Lead Follow-Up: Contact potential customers, follow up on leads, and maintain regular communication.
Product Information: Provide accurate information about products, pricing, availability, and offers.
Sales Support: Generate customer interest, identify sales prospects, and support the sales team in achieving targets.
Customer Relationship Management: Build positive customer relationships and ensure a skilled customer experience.
Enquiry Management: Address customer questions, record feedback, and coordinate with the relevant team to resolve issues.
Lead & Call Records: Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, enquiries, and follow-up status.
Target Achievement: Work towards assigned calling, lead-generation, and conversion targets.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
