Mr. Swach is a quick-growing Indian brand specializing in household cleaning products, including dishwashing scrubs, floor wipers, tile brushes, and other home-cleaning solutions. We are expanding our presence across North India and are now looking to establish a strong footprint in both General Trade and Modern Trade channels.

Role Responsibilities:
Drive sales and business development across Jammu.
Appoint and manage distributors, dealers, and retail networks.
Expand market coverage and increase product availability.
Develop and onboard Contemporary Trade accounts.
Achieve monthly sales targets and collection objectives.
Conduct regular market visits and identify growth prospects.

Candidate Profile:
Experienced in FMCG, home care, household products, or consumer goods sales.




Strong understanding of distributor management and market development.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within Jammu.
