Assistant Manager – Finance

Qualification: CA Intermediate

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Assistant Manager – Finance to support the finance and accounting operations of the organization. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and MS Excel, along with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting and finance activities.
Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and account reconciliations.
Ensure accurate accounting entries and compliance with applicable accounting standards.
Handle GST and TDS calculations, returns, and related documentation.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger transactions.
Assist in budgeting, financial analysis, and variance reporting.
Maintain proper financial records and supporting documents for audits.




Coordinate with internal departments, auditors, and tax consultants.
Ensure compliance with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications & Skills
CA Intermediate qualification is mandatory.
1–3 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting.
Robust knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
Proficiency in MS Excel, including formulas, data analysis, and reporting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

A proactive and responsible skilled with strong numerical skills, a systematic approach to financial reporting, and the ability to maintain accuracy and confidentiality in financial operations.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
