Responsibilities:
Handle customer enquiries and understand vehicle service requirements.
Prepare job cards, service estimates, and invoices.
Explain repair work and costs to customers and obtain approvals.
Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely vehicle delivery.
Provide service updates and maintain customer records.
Follow up with customers for feedback and repeat service bookings.
Achieve customer satisfaction and service revenue targets.
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in automobile service preferred.
Basic knowledge of car maintenance and repairs.
Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge and billing skills.
Robust coordination and problem-solving abilities.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
