PolicyX.com is looking for customer-focused specialists with experience in Health Insurance Renewals to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries related to health insurance renewals.
Follow up with customers to ensure timely policy renewals.
Manage customer objections and improve retention.
Coordinate with insurance companies to resolve issues.
Achieve renewal targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
