Job Title: Junior Business Analyst
Experience: 1 - 2 Years
Job Location: Coimbatore

Job Summary: Analyzes business processes, gathers requirements, and translates them into effective solutions. Facilitates communication between stakeholders and project teams to ensure successful project outcomes and alignment with business goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Assist in gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements from stakeholders.
Conduct research and data analysis to support business decisions and project initiatives.
Prepare and present reports, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders and management.
Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and timelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
Support the development and implementation of business processes and workflows.
Participate in meetings and workshops with stakeholders to understand their needs and priorities.
Assist in documenting and maintaining project documentation, including requirements, user stories, and test cases.




Support testing and quality assurance activities to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in business analysis and project management.

Requirements:
Educational Qualification: Any Engineering graduate or Postgraduate (Master's degree).
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to gather and interpret data.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Detail-oriented with robust organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
Familiarity with business analysis tools and methodologies is a plus.
Ability to adapt quickly to changes and learn current concepts and technologies.
Internship or previous experience in business analysis, project coordination, or related fields is desirable.
