Job Summary

The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying current business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. This role focuses on market expansion, client acquisition, and long-term relationship management to support the company’s growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting
Build and maintain robust relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders
Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company goals
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts
Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements to maximize profitability
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure customer needs are met
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
Track and report sales performance, pipeline activity, and forecasts
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions

Required Qualifications




Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to identify opportunities and develop strategic solutions
Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools
Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
