Job Description – Account Executive

Position: Account Executive
Experience Required: 2–5 Years
Qualification: Graduation (B.com)
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:
Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
Handle basic accounting operations using Tally.
Maintain purchase, sales, payment and receipt entries.
Assist in GST calculations, returns and related documentation.
Handle basic TDS calculations, deductions and compliance.
Maintain and update financial data using MS Excel.
Prepare invoices, vouchers and basic accounting reports.
Perform bank reconciliation and maintain proper records.
Coordinate with internal departments for accounting-related activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:




Graduate in Commerce or any relevant stream.
2–5 years of experience in accounting and finance.
Basic working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.
Basic understanding of GST and TDS.
Valuable knowledge of accounting principles.
Positive communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to maintain accurate records and meet deadlines.

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Depending on experience and skills).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
