Key Responsibilities
Edit high-quality videos, reels, shorts, and promotional content for social media
Create creative content including graphics, captions, posts, and stories
Manage and update all company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp Business, etc.)
Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar with consistent posting
Shoot product photos and videos when needed
Respond to comments, messages, and enquiries from followers and customers
Track performance (reach, engagement, followers, leads) and prepare easy reports
Follow social media trends and apply them to our content
Run and manage paid ads on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) if required
Work with the management team to promote current products, offers, and campaigns

Required Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience in video editing and social media content creation




Proficiency in editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar
Positive knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube features and algorithms
Strong creative sense, with an eye for colour, design, and visual storytelling
Good written communication skills for captions and copywriting (English and/or Malayalam)
Ability to work independently, manage time well, and meet deadlines
Basic understanding of SEO, hashtags, and social media analytics

Experience

0 to 1 years in digital marketing, video editing, or social media management. Freshers with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
