Job Overview

We are looking for a friendly, customer-focused, and motivated Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries, resolve complaints, and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, patience, and the ability to solve customer problems efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, chats, and WhatsApp.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally and promptly.
Maintain a polite, helpful, and customer-friendly attitude.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
Maintain customer records and update details in the CRM system.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide a positive customer experience.
Meet daily and monthly performance targets.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when required.





Candidate Requirements
Education: HSC (12th pass) or Graduate.
Experience: 0–3 years; freshers are welcome.
Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of Tamil is an added advantage.
Valuable listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle customer queries patiently and professionally.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
Knowledge of CRM software is an advantage.
Willingness to work in a target-driven setting.
