Monitoring and auditing of daily, weekly & monthly performance reports to ensure execution of operations.
Review current routings and seek for opportunities for cost savings.
Directing activities related to routing, tracking of transportation vehicles, aircraft.
Directing investigations to verify and resolve customer or shipper complaints.
Arranging repairs and routine maintenance of transportation vehicles.
Maintain metrics and analyse data to assess performance and implement improvements.
Managing loading and unloading of baggage’s.
Maintains proper connection between Hub and Last mile by managing fleet.
Ensuring the shipping label on orders and also keep the count of RTO orders
Communicating with marketing executive for the smooth delivery.
