Job Responsibilities:
Operate surface grinding machines to achieve the required flatness and surface finish.
Grind machine components, dies, tools, and precision parts as per drawings.
Set up magnetic chucks, grinding wheels, and workpieces.
Perform wheel dressing and truing as required.
Measure component dimensions using micrometers, height gauges, and other precision instruments.
Maintain dimensional accuracy, parallelism, and flatness.
Follow machine safety procedures and quality standards.
Required Skills:
Experience in surface grinding operations.
Knowledge of grinding wheel selection and dressing.
Understanding of tolerances, flatness, and surface finish.
Ability to read engineering drawings.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
