Job Summary

We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer with robust hands-on experience in ITOM to develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and customize ServiceNow ITOM solutions.
Hands-on experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management and CMDB.
Configure Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, ACLs, Flow Designer and Workflows.
Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
Work on CMDB data quality, relationships, and CI management.
Troubleshoot technical issues and support ServiceNow implementations.
Collaborate with functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Requirements

Required Skills
3+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
Strong experience in ServiceNow ITOM.
Valuable knowledge of Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping and Event Management.
Robust JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting skills.
Experience with integrations and APIs.
ServiceNow CSA/CAD/CIS certification is a plus.
