Experience Required: 2+ years in Travel Sales, Domestic Packages, or Tele-sales, preferably with team-handling experience.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage and motivate a team of 5 sales executives.
Monitor daily leads, follow-ups, and sales conversions.
Train team members and improve sales performance.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Maintain daily sales reports and coordinate with management.
Candidate Requirements
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Valuable experience in travel sales, domestic packages, or tele-sales.
Solid customer-handling and lead-conversion skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
Salary: Negotiable, based on experience + Attractive Sales Incentives
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
