Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, polite, and customer-focused Call Centre Executive to handle customer calls, provide information about our products/services, resolve customer queries, and maintain good relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities
Make and receive customer calls professionally.
Explain products, services, offers, and company policies to customers.
Handle customer queries and complaints in a polite and effective manner.
Follow up with existing and potential customers.
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and follow-ups.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and performance targets.
Coordinate with the sales and customer service teams when required.
Provide timely and accurate information to customers.
Maintain a qualified and positive attitude while communicating with customers.

Requirements




candidate with good communication skills.
Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred.
Freshers can apply.
Positive command of Hindi and Punjabi; basic English communication preferred.
Pleasant personality and confident telephone manner.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to use MS Office/CRM software.
Good listening and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
