About the Role

ZAN Services is looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer with strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads. The ideal candidate should be skilled in campaign optimization, lead generation, conversion tracking, and data-driven marketing strategies to maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and creative testing.
Monitor and improve key performance metrics, including CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, conversion rate, and ROAS.
Set up and manage tracking using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking tools.
Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance and lead quality.
Prepare performance reports,



analyze campaign data, and implement growth strategies.
Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to achieve business objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
Solid expertise in Google Ads; working knowledge of Meta Ads is essential.
Experience in lead generation and/or e-commerce campaigns.
Proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Manager, and conversion tracking.
Strong analytical, communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to optimize advertising spend and deliver measurable results.
